Investigating process
After conducting thorough research, we found that the key to designing
an effective financial management platform lies in understanding
the financial structure of the target users.
Personas
We conducted surveys and asked questions to gain insights into our target audience's financial behaviours and preferences. This helped us create user personas that accurately represent the needs and goals of our potential users.
Uncovering customer needs
Through help of user surveys and research, we identified six key business needs
that our app must address to provide the best possible user experience.
User flow
Through research and analysis of user needs we created a user flow
that streamlined the financial management process, making it more
efficient and intuitive.
Wireframes
Wireframing is a way to design a website or app the structural level.
It’s commonly used to lay out content.
UI Components
Our goal was to create a consistent and visually appealing design that would enhance
the user experience and help users easily navigate through the app.
Final design
One of the challenges for this project was that there are so many factors
to consider within the system of banking service that are variables
and there is not just a correct answer and one exact way to approach
it so iterate with the design solution is key and testing it helps a lot
to validate early assumptions.
